The company has historically supported the operational efficiency of pharmacies by providing various solutions, primarily centered on its cloud-based medical history system. These solutions include a management tool that visualizes pharmacist-specific performance and patient revisit rates in real-time, and an application for patients that enables follow-up based on individual prescriptions.

In August 2022, the number of pharmacy users of the cloud medical history system surpassed 7,000 nationwide, and the service has grown to be utilized by over 15% of the pharmacy industry's top market share within six years of its release. With a funding round of ¥7.6 billion in January 2023, and an additional ¥1.8 billion in March, the company is poised for further significant business growth.

For new ventures, the company is also addressing contributions to stable supply by developing an inventory management system that supports inventory optimization through AI demand forecasting and a pharmaceutical secondary distribution service that supports inter-store transfers and pharmaceutical waste reduction.

Furthermore, by utilizing the patient data accumulated through its services and direct patient touchpoints, the company aims to encourage behavioral changes among patients and healthcare professionals. 【 Job Description】

Job Overview

You will be responsible for frontend development across the company's product portfolio.

The target products include any of the following:

・Cloud-based Electronic Medical History System

・Pharmacy Management Visualization Cloud

・Patient Follow-up System

・Pharmaceutical Inventory Management and Ordering System / AI Inventory Management

Working with the team—including the Product Manager, designers, frontend engineers, backend engineers, and pharmacists—you will take the lead in development as a frontend specialist.

The Frontend Engineer role at the company goes beyond mere implementation; it is a position that drives the product through technology. You will be expected to primarily focus on feature development for each product while also proactively engaging in the following continuous improvement activities:

Refactoring.

Maintenance of the shared UI component foundation.

Library version upgrades.

While it may be challenging immediately after joining, once you gain sufficient domain understanding, you are encouraged to proactively propose and contribute to product and team management in the following areas, extending beyond just development:

Implementation using TypeScript.

Construction and operation of system monitoring foundations utilizing tools like Sentry.

Specification formulation from a technical expertise standpoint, in collaboration with the Product Owner.

Conducting feasibility studies based on technical expertise.

Design and implementation capabilities with high performance and maintainability

Experience developing web applications using SPA frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue (5+ years)
