For new ventures, the company is also addressing contributions to stable supply by developing an inventory management system that supports inventory optimization through AI demand forecasting and a pharmaceutical secondary distribution service that supports inter-store transfers and pharmaceutical waste reduction.

ou will be responsible for the operation and improvement of the reliability and development productivity of the company's various products, primarily from an SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) perspective.

Design and development of infrastructure.

Maintenance of infrastructure.

Improving service reliability through infrastructure updates.

Driving infrastructure design and development for business expansion.

Enhancing the developer experience.

Investigating autonomous improvement cycles based on development metrics and KPIs.

Security automation / ChatOps integration for various infrastructure operations.

Success activities for various development support tools.

Supporting/improving the construction of development and test pipelines using GitHub Actions.

Supporting/improving the construction of E2E tests (mabl) and release pipelines.

Sharing infrastructure knowledge with the team.

Improving development documentation.

Troubleshooting environments.

Sharing knowledge with individual members.

【Requirements】

【Required】

High-level programming skills

Development experience with cloud services such as AWS, GCP, and Azure

Knowledge and design experience with RDBMS and NoSQL

Security knowledge, operations, and experience with web applications

DevOps experience including CI/CD, log collection, and monitoring

Knowledge and experience with Infrastructure as Code

Building and improving system monitoring

Driving initiatives to enhance reliability, availability, and fault tolerance

Knowledge and experience in system operations for web applications, including security knowledge

Experience building and operating backends using serverless technologies, particularly FaaS

Experience troubleshooting issues spanning multiple systems and products
