The company is looking for someone to help grow their Infra/DevOps.

The company has multiple services running primarily on AWS, and is actively converting existing monolithic services to microservices, as well as seeking to improve existing system issues, automate various tasks, and further enhance monitoring, and requires the ability to drive these efforts.

The company faces the critical challenge of managing its rapidly growing source code and infrastructure resources.

Currently, more than 1,000 infrastructure resources have been built, and these need to be managed and standardized efficiently.

▼Responsibilities

・Design and build scalable and reliable infrastructure using TeraForm

・Promote automation of deployment and operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors

・Troubleshoot and quickly recover from system failures

・Ensure infrastructure security and regularly check for vulnerabilities

・Analyze system performance and propose and implement improvements to optimize performance

・Document systems and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team

・Research the latest technologies and tools and consider implementing them as needed

・5+ years of experience as an infrastructure engineer

・Knowledge of common programming languages and extensive experience with TeraForm

・Knowledge and experience in DevOps

・Skill to develop TeraForm as a librarian

・English: Intermediate level, Japanese: Intermediate level

【Preferred】

・Experience contributing to open source projects

・Experience as a full stack engineer

・Experience working in a large infrastructure environment
