They operate one of the world's largest anime and manga community sites, develop and provide a fan community platform, and run a Web3 financial business.
In May 2025, they announced a significant funding round in their pre-Series C, with investments from Sony Group and Bandai Namco Holdings. They've also welcomed various publishers and entertainment-related companies as new shareholders, strengthening their collaboration with IP holders. The company is tackling the construction of the next social infrastructure by implementing cutting-edge technologies like blockchain and generative AI in the entertainment sector, an area in which Japan excels.

■Position
The company is looking for someone to build the ideal SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) framework, ensuring the security and scalability of the company's products.
【Your Role】
As a member of the SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) team, your mission is to ensure the security and scalability of the company's globally expanding products. While the following are some assumed tasks, they want you to take the initiative to think about how best to achieve this mission.
Responsibilities
Build and operate infrastructure that guarantees system reliability, security, and scalability.
Develop and strengthen system monitoring frameworks using tools like OpenTelemetry (OTEL).
Design and execute security measures in line with business expansion.
Implement initiatives to improve system performance and reliability based on SLI/SLO (Service Level Indicator / Service Level Objective) design.
Maintain and extend the in-house application tool, go-kit.

Experience using cloud services such as AWS, GCP, and Azure
Approach to system issues from a holistic perspective, encompassing everything from applications to infrastructure layers, while communicating with team members (including the development team)
Able to discuss business logic performance, etc., even if the application code is not fully understood
Able to identify bottlenecks in infrastructure, middleware, or applications based on information such as logs and metrics when problems occur
Able to keep up with trends in related technologies and incorporate them into current development projects as needed
Experience operating automated environments using tools based on CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code concepts

【Welfare】
・Fully remote working in principle (with one day of work per month)
