The company offers a comprehensive suite of tools designed to modernize the hiring process, including:
・An Applicant Tracking System (ATS) that accelerates the recruitment of digital talent.
・A Talent Pool Management System.
・A Job Opening Management System specifically for recruiting agencies.
・A fully online Reference Check Tool.
As of June 2024, the company's core business has been implemented by over 2,000 organizations, ranging from high-growth IT startups to major companies listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market.
While the company has historically achieved growth as an ATS provider, it is currently advancing a "Multi-Product Strategy" to solve challenges in the recruitment market from multiple angles. This evolution includes the steady growth of existing services, the launch of new business ventures, and the expansion of its business scope through strategic M&A.
■Recruitment Background
The role of an SRE is to define Service Level Objectives (SLOs) in partnership with Product Owners and to measure and control reliability through a combination of software engineering, systems engineering, and soft skills.
While SLOs are already being managed within the development teams of the company's core services, the continuous addition of new features necessitates the review and improvement of existing metrics. Consequently, the company is accelerating its recruitment of SREs to ensure even more robust reliability.
Furthermore, with the rollout of new ventures such as the recruiting agency business and B2C media services, it is essential to operate these systems in a stable and scalable manner. Strengthening the SRE team has become indispensable to addressing the increasing system complexity that accompanies business expansion and to building a highly reliable platform.
■Current Challenges
The SRE organization is tasked with maintaining a balance between development speed, reliability, and security. A key challenge lies in achieving stable system operations and upholding cloud service management in accordance with internal security policies, all without compromising the speed of application development.
In particular, the company is focused on providing an environment where applications run stably on Kubernetes clusters and is actively promoting the practice of SRE as a core DevOps methodology.
■Responsibilities
The SRE will be responsible for the design and operation of the infrastructure for the company's product series, the SaaS platform designed to realize "Scrum Hiring."
・Monitoring Support: Collaborating with application development teams to establish metrics necessary for application monitoring, creating dashboards, and defining SLOs.
・Infrastructure Provisioning for Applications: Creating and managing AWS, GCP, and other cloud resources required for feature development, as well as conducting architecture reviews.
・Establishing Incident Response and Post-mortem Flows: Developing incident response workflows and recurrence prevention measures for new business ventures.
・Deployment Workflow Optimization: Maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automating E2E testing, and managing deployment tools such as Argo CD.

Accordingly, the teams to which engineers currently belong are divided into the following three categories:
・Product Development Teams within each business unit.
・Platform Teams that provide technologies to support further engineering output (including SRE, data platforms, and common infrastructure).
・Strategy Formulation Teams aimed at generating results across the entire engineering organization.
