【業務内容】
アバナードのSystem Tech Architecture組織では、パブリッククラウドの代表格であるマイクロソフトAzureに関与し、その技術を極めることが可能な環境が整っています。 グローバルに在籍しているマイクロソフト技術のエキスパートと意見を交換しながら、自己研鑽を深め、様々な業種のお客様の難問を解決することができます。これは、マーケットで高く評価されるAzureアーキテクトとして活躍し、さらなるキャリアを築くための絶好のポジションです。
このロールはMicrosoftテクノロジーを活用したエンタープライズ向けソリューションにおいて、基幹系レガシーシステムに対するモダナイゼーションと最適化を推進します。現行システムの現状を評価し、最適なマイグレーション手法を検討し、マイグレーション計画の立案を担当いただきます。
- 基幹系レガシーシステム(ホスト系も含む)刷新プロジェクトにおける検討支援などのコンサルティング
- 顧客ニーズに最適なマイグレーションのための企画・立案
- 実行フェーズにおいてのプロジェクト推進(PMO)
- グローバルのデリバリーオフィスやリーダーシップへの定期的なレポート/エスカレーション

- 下記の経験があることを期待しています
- ホストマイグレーション経験5年以上 (大型案件であれば3年程度でも良い)
- オープン系開発言語を用いたシステム開発経験
- (1)に記載の各種サービスに対するプリセールスの経験
(例)顧客向けの提案やプロジェクトの組成
- リーダーシップのご経験(3年以上)
(例)
- プロジェクト管理、チーム管理
- 社内外のステークホルダーとの折衝
- 部下の人事評価を含む管理職業務
- その他
- 日本語が母国語でない方は、ビジネスレベルの日本語能力(JLPT:N1)
- Officeアプリケーション(Word, Excel, PowerPoint等)を使用した各種資料の作成、レビュー経験
