【 Job Description】

The company is a startup that aims to "create a society where people can move forward with peace of mind through the power of law and technology.

The company has developed and provided services centered on "LegalForce (released in April 2019)," an AI review service that focuses on issues in the review phase before concluding contracts, and "LegalForce Cabine (released in January 2021)," an AI contract management system that supports the contract management phase after concluding contracts, and has received many positive message.

On April 15, 2024, the company launched a new service, the AI legal platform "LegalOn Cloud," which comprehensively supports the entire legal industry, not just contract work, based on the contract review and contract management domains on which "LegalForce" and "LegalForce Cabine" focused.

【Your Role】

In this position, you will work as an engineer specializing in the back-end to develop the LegalOn Cloud product series and commit to growing it into a technologically advanced and sophisticated product.

■Mission/Issue

• Responsible for back-end development and maintenance, and continues to deliver value to users by producing stable, high-quality software through the selection of the most appropriate technologies.

■Responsibilities

• Development planning, design, implementation, testing, and operation for web application enhancements and new feature development

• Design and development of document processing components

• Establishment of mechanisms to improve development productivity, such as schema-driven development, libraryization, and continuous deployment

• Connecting the authentication and authorization infrastructure to the web application

• Design architectures to achieve superior quality of service

• Develop various automations, processes, and documentation to improve team productivity and product quality

• Mentoring, coaching, and coaching team members as needed

【 Requirements】

【Required】

• 3+ years of working experience in systems development or equivalent

• 3+ years of working experience with a single programming language

• Experience reviewing and implementing initiatives to improve team code quality and productivity

• Experience in selecting and implementing some type of technology and post-implementation operations and maintenance

• Language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N1

【Preferred】

• Experience in web development using Go or Java

• Experience designing and building systems using AWS, GCP, or Azure

• Experience using container-related technologies such as Docker

• Experience with DDD or clean architecture

• Experience developing systems with web security in mind

• Experience implementing algorithms for natural language processing and parsing

• Experience in collecting and visualizing data necessary for decision making

• Skills in writing maintainable code with an awareness of responsibility and cohesiveness
