Job Description: Back End Software Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust and scalable backend solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Develop and maintain APIs for various services and applications.
- Utilize AWS services to deploy applications and manage cloud-based resources efficiently.
- Implement security and data protection measures to safeguard user information and maintain compliance.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Conduct peer code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance code quality.
- Monitor and troubleshoot application performance issues and optimize performance.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to integrate them into projects.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a Back End Engineer or similar role.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks such as Django or Flask.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
- Experience with AWS services (Cognito, SQS, etc.).
- Familiarity with database management systems (SQL and NoSQL). Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Desired Experience:
- Experience in developing real-time IoT solutions and applications.
- Proven track record of working in Agile environments, delivering features in sprints.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as React and CoreUI.
