【主な業務内容】
リーダーとしてプロダクトの価値向上、運用効率向上を目的として、お客様からの要望をヒアリングし、最適なシステム運用の枠組みを提案、設計し、運用への落し込みまでを行っていただきます。
対象となるシステムはクラウド、サーバー(Windows、Linux)、クライアントPC様々です。
プロダクトの継続的サービス安定提供
■運用管理における顧客満足度、安全性、信頼性、効率性を保証しつつ、最適コストでのサービス提供
■ITサービスマネジメントのフレームワークを参考に運用ルール策定、ワークフローの定義、業務フロー分析、運用業務管理システムの導入・設定等
障害対応

■Javaを用いた開発経験
■AWSを用いた設計および運用経験

■ITILやCOBIT等の運用に係るフレームワークの知識
■複数名のチームリーダー経験
【歓迎スキル・経験】
■仮想化、クラウドに関するIT業界の流行の理解
■Linux(CentOS/Redhat系)サーバーおよび関連するNWの構築/運用経験
■障害検知やキャパシティプランニングのためのモニタリング環境の構築、運用経験
■チームでのプロジェクト経験
■プロジェクトのマネジメント経験
■監視システムの構築、運用経験

■エンジニアのみならず、企画やマーケティング、経営層、社外パートナーなど社内外問わず、様々なスキルを持った方々を巻き込んでプロダクト改善を牽引できる方
