Purpose Of The Position
Ensure compliance with global and local commercial guidelines across all Commercial Operations
Accountabilities
- Localize global guideline, deep dive the feasibility to implement into Japan market from legal regulation and current execution
- Develop operational process to sustain compliance for PMJ/PMI guidelines with IC (Internal Control) approval
- Consolidate and simplify process as SOP for adaptation in common at each channel / program
- Assess the execution compliant with guideline / SOP, and maintain / improve the process
- Support CAD/R&C review preparation and improvement implementation working with cross functional counterparts.
Requirements
- Degree or Postgraduate qualification
- Native-level Japanese (verbal, written, presentation) and intermediate-level English
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a commercial function
- Experience in developing or understanding operational flow mapping
- Strong leadership, influencing, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and business acumen
- Ability to collaborate and enable cross-team cooperation
- Learning agility and adaptability
- Knowledge of commercial compliance principles
- Process management skills
