職務内容
- Lead L2/L3 support across Veeva CRM web and mobile, resolving incidents and conducting root‑cause analysis
- Manage configuration changes including fields, validation rules, record types, approval workflows, Flows, and user access
- Maintain and optimise Apex triggers, classes, and LWC components in alignment with Veeva package requirements
- Support CLM content enablement and collaborate with commercial and brand teams
- Execute secure data loads and updates while maintaining audit trails and data integrity
- Monitor and support integrations with systems such as MDM, ERP, marketing tools, and consent platforms, including job error remediation
- Oversee Veeva mobile/iPad deployment, app updates, sync troubleshooting, and field enablement
- Coordinate UAT, smoke testing, deployments, and maintain sandbox hygiene
- Operate OwnBackup and Archiver for backups, restores, retention policies, and compliance reporting
- Track system performance, manage problem records, and implement preventive measures
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, runbooks, deployment checklists, and user/admin guides
- Communicate with global IT, business owners, field teams, and participate in standups and release readiness meetings

- Extensive hands‑on experience with Veeva CRM and strong capability to lead support operations
- Proficiency in Veeva configuration, Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and related technical components
- Practical experience with OwnBackup and OwnBackup Archiver
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, data architecture, and integration patterns
- Business‑level English and Japanese (N1-N2)
- Excellent problem‑solving ability with clear communication and stakeholder‑management skills
- Veeva and Salesforce certifications (e.g., Veeva CRM Admin, Platform Developer I) are preferred
