Job Title: Veeva CRM Configuration and Technical Specialist

About the Role:

• We are seeking an experienced Veeva CRM configuration and technical specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Veeva CRM functionality and technical performance.
• You will be responsible for conducting requirement gathering sessions, explaining Veeva CRM features to business users, and leading or participating in solution prototyping.
• This role involves extensive sitting and computer work, with occasional travel required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct requirement gathering sessions and explain Veeva CRM features to business users.
• Participate in technical design, development, and implementation of technology and creative business solutions.
• Analyze, architect, design, implement, and support Veeva CRM solutions.
• Manage solution and process design, configuration, and testing.
• Perform tasks related to day-to-day operations, such as managing requests, incidents, data loads/migrations, and troubleshooting.
• Work in a fast-paced support environment, managing tasks and projects, and leading issue resolutions.
• Maintain compliance with written security policies, procedures, and change management controls.
• Monitor services and identify issues.
• Maintain up-to-date system documentation.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Veeva CRM.
• 2+ years of experience in Service Cloud.
• Familiarity with the Veeva CRM solution stack (including Lightning Framework and Lightning Design System) preferred.
• Must be able to conduct requirements gathering sessions, explain Veeva capabilities to business users, and lead or participate in solution prototyping.
• Experience in performing product feature and requirement fit gap analysis and defining configuration and customization options.
• Ability to create business requirements documents, functional requirements documents, and traceability matrices.
• Ability to work with technical teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Knowledge of implementation best practices and ability to collaborate with other team members.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Business level Japanese and English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Expertise in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in using JIRA tool.
• Experience with Veeva Vault.
• Experience and enthusiasm to work in a global delivery environment.
• Ability to work in a diverse/multi-stakeholder environment.

Compensation: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
