全国各地で展示会を開催し、防犯カメラの普及にも積極的に取り組み、

今後5年で企業規模3倍を目指す成長フェーズへ。今回は将来の中核を担う【リーダー候補】を募集します。

■ 仕事内容

法人営業を中心に、事業成長を支える役割を担っていただきます。

代理店対応から戦略立案、チーム運営まで、

幅広く関わることができるポジションです。

・代理店(OA機器会社・警備会社など)への提案営業

・既存代理店との関係構築・フォロー

・営業戦略やアライアンス施策の企画

・チームマネジメント

・将来的には拠点運営や事業管理にも携わっていただきます

★営業経験を活かし、マネジメントにも挑戦できる環境

★実績に応じて、裁量のあるポジションをお任せします。

◆法人営業の経験をお持ちの方(業界・商材は不問)

09:00~18:00

実働時間:8時間/日

給与:

・基本給25万円~+営業手当10万円+インセンティブ+賞与

◆経験・能力により決定します。

◆営業インセンティブ:粗利の5%

◆昇給・昇格:年1回(12月査定)

◆賞与:年2回(8月・2月、業績に応じて支給)

5,130,000円 / 入社1年目・(固定給+インセンティブ+賞与)

7,530,000円 / 入社2年目・(主任昇格・年間売上6000万円達成時)
