セキュリティ機器会社のアライアンス企画推進スタッフを募集しています(リーダー候補)

雇用形態:正社員

IPS株式会社は、防犯カメラを中心としたセキュリティ機器を全国の代理店へ提供する専門商社です。

「犯罪を未然に防ぐ」という社会的使命のもと、AI・IoTなど最新技術を搭載した製品で急成長を続けています。

全国各地で展示会を開催し、防犯カメラの普及にも積極的に取り組み、

今後5年で企業規模3倍を目指す成長フェーズへ。

今回は将来の中核を担う【リーダー候補】を募集します。

  • 仕事内容

法人営業を中心に、事業成長を支える役割を担っていただきます。

代理店対応から戦略立案、チーム運営まで、

幅広く関わることができるポジションです。

・代理店(OA機器会社・警備会社など)への提案営業

・既存代理店との関係構築・フォロー

・営業戦略やアライアンス施策の企画

・チームマネジメント

・将来的には拠点運営や事業管理にも携わっていただきます

  • 営業経験を活かし、マネジメントにも挑戦できる環境

求めている人材


学歴不問 / 経験者のみ

  • 法人営業の経験をお持ちの方(業界・商材は不問)
  • 数値目標の達成経験があり、戦略的に営業活動を行える方
  • リーダーやマネジメント経験を活かし、組織を動かすポジションに挑戦したい方
  • 「社会的意義 × 成長性」のある事業でキャリアを築きたい方

※セキュリティ業界や防犯カメラ商材の経験をお持ちの方は優遇します。

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 22日

9:00~18:00

  • 実働8時間(休憩60分)

給与詳細


基本給:月給 35万円 〜

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

・基本給25万円〜+営業手当10万円+インセンティブ+賞与

  • 経験・能力により決定します。
  • 営業インセンティブ:粗利の5%
  • 昇給・昇格:年1回(12月査定)
  • 賞与:年2回(8月・2月、業績に応じて支給)

給与例


<年収モデル>

初年度:513万円(固定給+インセンティブ+賞与)

2年目以降:753万円(主任昇格・年間売上6000万円達成時)
