※発展途上国への長期赴任となります。

必要な能力・経験
【必須】
・開発コンサルタントまたはゼネコンにおける施工監理業務経験5年以上
・海外業務経験
・土木系学部卒以上
・(外国籍の方)JLPT N1レベル
【歓迎】
・土木施工管理技士1級
・TOEICスコア700点以上

変更の範囲:海外事務所または海外プロジェクトサイト
勤務時間
9:00~17:00(所定労働時間 7時間)
休憩時間 60分
フレックスタイム制(コアタイム10:00~15:00)
※平均残業時間20時間程度
在宅勤務
月9日まで可(国内勤務の場合)
休日・休暇
完全週休2日制(土日曜)
祝祭日、創立記念日(6/1)、年末年始休暇(12/29~1/3)、リフレッシュ休暇、年次有給休暇(夏季休暇含む)、慶弔休暇など

給与
【想定年収/給与レンジ】 600万~1000万円 ※経験・年齢を考慮の上、規定により決定します
モデル年収:30代 550~650万円前後/40代 700~850万円前後
【賞与】 正社員:年3回(6月、11月、12月)/契約社員:年2回(6月、12月)
【昇給】 有(年5回)

【手当】 通勤手当:有(全額支給)/残業手当:有(一般職のみ) ※その他海外出張にかかる諸手当が支給されます
