This position is opened on behalf of our partner — a leading data-driven marketing and retail analytics company in Japan.

The organization leverages large-scale consumer purchase data (
over ¥12 trillion annually
) to deliver comprehensive marketing solutions, including market analysis, strategic planning, campaign execution, and performance measurement.

They are currently strengthening their internal DX (Digital Transformation) capabilities and are seeking an experienced
IT Project Manager / Internal DX Lead
to support process optimization, system improvements, and cross-department digital initiatives.

■ポジションについて/POSITION SUMMARY

• 社内の各種業務について、業務効率向上、ミス発生リスクの軽減、コスト削減等をITの側面から支援する。

• 社内関係部署との対話を通して、当該業務プロセスの課題点、またはITによってさらに改善できるポイントを明らかにし、ITによる課題解決をサポートする。

• 場合によってはITによる課題解決ができない、適切ではないケースについても適切にアドバイスを行い、無駄なITソリューションの導入をとめるのも役割の一つとなる。

• これら一連のコミュニケーションにおいて、それぞれのステークホルダーに対して、わかりやすく情報展開しながら、時には自らシステム開発を行いながら業務効率の支援を行うのが主な役割となる。

• ソリューションはSalesforceがメインとなり、その他にSaaS ソリューションや一部オープン系アプリケーションも対象となる。

• 営業・バックオフィス・オペレーション部門へソリューション提供をする部門となり、幅広い業務知識に加えてテクノロジースキルも習得可能。

Key Qualifications

■必須要件/SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• 3年以上のアプリケーション開発業務経験(要件定義、実装、テスト)

• ユーザ部門との折衝経験

• Salesforce管理者レベル以上の知識

• 開発言語、データベースの種別は問わないが、クライアントサーバ、Webシステムの開発、データベース操作経験

• システム開発能力だけではなく、業務支援システムに関する幅広いIT知識と、それらを実業務に展開できる能力

• 日本語ビジネスレベル

• 英語(可能であればビジネスレベル、読み書きレベルは必須)

• 各部門からの相談受付、状況の整理、課題の発見およびバックログ管理

• 社内各部門(営業、バックオフィス、オペレーション)・ステークホルダーとの連携とレポーティング

• ソリューション検討・開発工数/コスト見積・選定

• 進捗/スケジュールおよびリスク/課題の管理

• 品質管理・成果物管理・確認

• システム開発実務(必要な場合)

• ベンダーとの打ち合わせ&選定(外部のソリューションを採用する場合)

• パートナーベンダー管理(使用言語:日英)

Position Summary

• Support internal departments by improving operational efficiency, reducing error risks, and optimizing costs from an IT perspective.

• Communicate closely with business teams to identify workflow challenges and opportunities where IT solutions can create meaningful improvements.

• Provide guidance when IT solutions are not appropriate, preventing unnecessary system implementations.

• Communicate clearly with stakeholders while assisting teams through system development or improvement where necessary.

Key Qualifications (Must-Have)

• 3+ years of application development experience (requirements definition, implementation, testing)

• Experience working directly with user departments

• Salesforce Administrator–level knowledge

• Development experience in any programming language or database

– Client-server or web systems development

• Broad IT knowledge relevant to internal business support systems

• Ability to apply IT expertise effectively in real business workflows

Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive and analyze requests from internal departments; identify issues and manage the backlog

• Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Back Office, and Operations; report project status

• Evaluate solution options, estimate development costs/effort, and select optimal approaches

• Manage project progress, timeline, risks, and issues

• Oversee quality control and deliverable verification

• Perform system development tasks when necessary

• Coordinate with external vendors when adopting external solutions

• Manage partner vendors (communication in both Japanese and English)

• Maintain and enhance existing internal systems

• Collaborate with global IT teams when solutions fall under global ownership

Compensation

• Salary determined based on experience and capability (Base salary + incentive bonus)

• Base salary includes
45 hours of fixed overtime per month

• Incentive bonus is based on company performance and individual evaluation

• 3-month probation period (no changes in compensation or conditions)

• 9:00–17: hours actual work + 1-hour break)

• Overtime may be required
