仕事内容
国内外の建設プロジェクトにおける、プロジェクトマネジメント(PM)業務、並びにコンストラクションマネジメント(CM)業務を担当いただきます。
また、本邦のインバウンド建設プロジェクトおよび海外建設プロジェクトを対象に、契約・品質・工程・コスト等のマネジメントを行い、発注者・設計者・施工者間の調整があります。
※発展途上国への短期出張および長期赴任が発生する場合がございます
変更の範囲:ご本人の適性により当社業務全般に変更の可能性があります。

・建設プロジェクトのマネジメント(PM、CM)に関連した業務経験3年以上
・理系学部卒以上
・TOEICスコア700点相当の英語力
・(外国籍の方)JLPT N3レベル

・技術士(建設部門)
・一級建築士
・一級土木施工管理技士
・一級建築施工管理技士

モデル年収:30代 550~650万円前後/40代 700~850万円前後
【賞与】 正社員:年3回(6月、11月、12月)/契約社員:年2回(6月、12月)
【昇給】 有(年25回)
