A foreign-capital Renewable Energy developer is looking for an experienced EPC Project Manager to join their team

The EPC Project Manager will be working together with Development and Engineering team to support for different types of renewable energy project development, mainly in Solar, BESS, and Onshore Wind.

EPCプロジェクトマネージャーは、開発チームとエンジニアリングチームと協力し、太陽光発電、BESS(バッテリーエネルギー貯蔵システム)、および陸上風力発電を含む多様な再生可能エネルギープロジェクトの開発を支援します。

Location: Tokyo, Japan (hybrid)

Employment: Permanent

Job responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development of solar projects, including the evaluation of technical, real estate, regulatory, environmental, and interconnection due diligence for mega solar projects. / 太陽光発電プロジェクトの開発を監督し、メガソーラープロジェクトの技術的、不動産、規制、環境、接続に関するデューデリジェンスの評価を含む。
  • Perform project analysis and due diligence for ground- and rooftop-mounted PV solar projects in different states. / 異なる州における地上設置型および屋根設置型PV太陽光発電プロジェクトのプロジェクト分析とデューデリジェンスを実施する。
  • Create preliminary feasibility reports that include a schedule, budget, and risk analysis along with a permit road map. / スケジュール、予算、リスク分析を含む予備的な実現可能性報告書を作成し、許可取得のロードマップを策定する。
  • To guarantee the effective and legal development of solar projects, coordinate with the engineering, finance, legal, and construction departments. / 太陽光発電プロジェクトの有効かつ法的な開発を保証するため、エンジニアリング、財務、法務、建設部門と調整を行う。
  • Oversee consultants and other outside parties to guarantee the success of the project. / コンサルタントや外部関係者との連携を監督し、プロジェクトの成功を保証する。
  • Assistance with the drafting, negotiating, and finalizing of land agreements, if required. / 必要に応じて、土地契約の起草、交渉、最終化を支援する。
  • Oversee development project budgets, schedules, deliverables, and milestones. / 開発プロジェクトの予算、スケジュール、納品物、マイルストーンを監督する。
  • Verify that development operations adhere to municipal and prefectural government regulations. / 開発業務が市町村および都道府県政府の規制に準拠していることを確認する。
  • Collaborate with the development team to find solutions for a range of problems in order to successfully launch projects for commercial use. / 開発チームと協力し、商業利用のためのプロジェクトを成功裡に立ち上げられるよう、多様な問題の解決策を模索する。
  • Determine the major projects, connections, and access restrictions at a high level. / 主要なプロジェクト、接続、アクセス制限を大まかに決定する。
  • Examine applications for permits, the conditions attached to them, and any implications for the Project. / 許可申請、その条件、およびプロジェクトへの影響を審査する。

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering or related fields / 工学または関連分野の学位
  • 5+ years of working experience in EPC Project Management for Renewable Energy projects in Japan / 日本における再生可能エネルギープロジェクトのEPCプロジェクト管理における5年以上の実務経験
  • Fluent English and Japanese communication / 英語と日本語
  • Skilled in AutoCAD, PVsyst, PV Case will be advantageous / AutoCAD、PVsyst、PV Caseの操作スキルは優遇
  • Driving license is desirable / 運転免許証は望ましい
