About the Role
Our Client is seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Tokyo. This role is ideal for candidates with a robust background in electrical engineering, specifically in the fields of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction), grid design, and construction. The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for various projects that contribute to our mission of providing innovative energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and design electrical systems for energy projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Oversee the EPC process, including procurement, supplier selection, and on-site construction management.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new projects.
- Perform troubleshooting and problem-solving for electrical systems and components.
- Ensure the integrity and reliability of the electrical systems and grid design.
- Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, reports, and designs.
- Stay updated with the latest technological advancements in electrical engineering and apply them effectively to projects.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proficient knowledge of electrical design principles and grid systems.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and project management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
Desired Experience
- Minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 5 years in electrical engineering or related fields.
- Experience working on EPC projects or in a construction environment is preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in grid design and electrical system integration.
- Familiarity with relevant electrical codes and standards in Japan.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ¥6,000,000 - ¥12,000,000 annually depending on experience and qualifications.
