Job Title: Electrical Engineer
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and implement electrical systems and components for various projects.
- Manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely completion and adherence to budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create effective electrical designs for solar power systems and battery energy storage systems (BESS).
- Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical analysis to enhance project efficiency.
- Prepare detailed design documentation and specifications as required.
- Perform troubleshooting and resolution of electrical issues in the field.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national regulations for electrical engineering practices.
- Maintain updated knowledge on emerging technologies and industry trends related to solar energy and electrical engineering.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and interns.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or the ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
- Strong grasp of electrical principles and design software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering, particularly in solar and battery energy storage systems.
- Proven experience in project management and leading engineering teams.
- Demonstrated experience in electrical design and implementation for renewable energy systems.
