Electrical Engineer
Requirements (MUST)
Candidates must meet all of the following:
Over 5 years of experience in electronic circuit design for mass-produced products
(e.g., power circuits, MCU peripheral circuits, communication circuits such as USB or Ethernet, motor drive circuits, battery charging/discharging circuits, high-frequency wireless circuits)Experience in testing and performance evaluation of electronic circuits
(e.g., electrical characteristic evaluation, wireless evaluation, reliability testing, temperature testing, EMC testing)Experience creating requirement specifications, system specifications, detailed design specifications, and inspection specifications
Preferred Qualifications (WANT)
Experience in the development of drones or robots
Experience with EMC countermeasures, thermal countermeasures, and troubleshooting
Experience leading projects
Experience coordinating and negotiating with departments such as quality assurance, mass production, procurement, sales, and other development teams
Experience coordinating and negotiating with external partners, component manufacturers, and contract manufacturers
English communication skills
(for internal and external communication with overseas manufacturers)
Personal Attributes (PERSONALITY)
Logical thinking ability (able to solve problems based on objective data)
Ability to involve others and solve problems collaboratively
Collaboration skills to work smoothly with both internal and external stakeholders
Interest in new and cutting-edge technologies
