Position: EPC PM (Onshore Wind)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the entire EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) process for onshore wind projects.
• Ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline while meeting safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and construction to streamline project execution.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues effectively to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage project documentation, contracts, and correspondence with all stakeholders.
• Utilize project management tools and software to track project progress and report on KPIs.

Essential Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, specifically in the EPC field, particularly in the renewable energy sector.
• Strong knowledge of onshore wind project specifics, regulations, and best practices.

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years and maximum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management.
• Experience in managing large-scale renewable energy projects will be an advantage.
• Proficient in using project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Experience in stakeholder management and communication, ensuring alignment with project goals.
