組織・チーム紹介
当チームは、PlayStationビジネスに密接に関わるハードウェア領域において、製品開発部門と連携しながら新しい技術の導入や課題解決に取り組むProductization R&Dチームです。
R&D組織として中長期的な視点での技術検討を進めつつ、現行および将来のハードウェア開発における課題に対して、最先端技術を実践的に応用し、事業への価値創出を目指しています。
また、将来のゲーム体験を支えるハードウェア技術の実証や試作検討を通じて、研究成果を製品レベルへ発展させることも重要なミッションです。
事業部との協働や社内外のエンジニアとの連携を通じて、技術を"活かす"R&D活動を推進しています
職務内容
- PlayStation向けに最高品質のゲーム体験を実現するため、ハードウェア開発におけるメカニカル技術の実装・検証・最適化を担当
- 製品開発部門と連携し、現行および将来のハードウェアにおける技術課題の解決、新しいメカ構造・機構の適用、そして設計・製造プロセスの生産性や品質向上にも取組む
- CAEツールなどの解析技術を活用し、構造・信頼性・熱・振動など多面的な観点から設計品質を高め、効率的な開発を行う
- R&D組織としての知見を活かしながら、実際の製品開発プロセスに近いフェーズで試作検討・性能評価・設計改善サイクルの高度化
求められる実務経験・スキル・人物像
【必須要件(MUST)】
- CAD(NXなど)を用いたメカ設計の実務経験(目安:3年以上)
- 量産設計・製品化プロセスに関する実務経験
- 設計課題の分析から、試作・評価・改善までを一連で遂行した経験
【歓迎要件(WANT)】
- 駆動系、筐体構造、冷却機構などのメカ設計および最適化の主導経験
- CAEツール(構造・熱・振動など)を用いた解析/設計最適化の実務経験
- 設計・製造プロセス改善や品質向上活動の企画・推進経験
- 試作評価、信頼性試験、データ分析などを通じた設計改善の実行経験
- 海外チームや他部門と協働し、技術的合意形成やレビューをリードした経験
【求められる人物像】
- メカ設計の経験を活かし、現場の課題発見や設計プロセスの改善を通じて実際の価値を生み出すことに意欲を持つ方
- 技術課題を構造的に捉え、CAE解析や試作評価などの実践的手段で解決策を導ける方
- 開発・製造・研究など多様な関係者と協調し、技術的な議論や意思決定を円滑に進められるコミュニケーション力をお持ちの方
- 技術内容を論理的かつ明快に説明し、チーム内外で信頼関係を築ける方
- 新しい技術や手法を積極的に取り入れ、知見を広げる探究心と学習意欲を持つ方
【語学力】
- 【英語】英語の仕様書を理解し、英語でのメールコミュニケーションが可能なレベル
- 【日本語】ビジネスレベルの日本語力(日本語能力試験N1、または同等以上)
