海外のプロジェクトにおける鉄道の土木計画・設計及び施工監理をご担当いただきます。
発展途上国/新興国に長期赴任いただき、鉄道建設工事の施工監理が主となります。
対象国:バングラデシュ、インド、東欧、エジプト等
変更の範囲:ご本人の適性により当社業務全般に変更の可能性があります。

必要な能力・経験
【必須】
・鉄道土木設計・施工施工監理の実務経験15年以上
・海外での鉄道建設プロジェクトにおける土木分野での施工管理経験
・理系学部卒以上
・(外国籍の方)JLPT N2レベル
【歓迎】
・国内・海外における鉄道土木設計経験(フィージビリティスタディや詳細設計業務等)
・技術士
・建築士
・TOEICスコア800点以上

軌道交通技術第二部
弊社の軌道部門は、フィリピン・インド・インドネシア等、駐在している社員が多く、オンラインでの会議がメインですが、コミュニケーションを積極的に取ろうとする献身的な雰囲気があります。
案件が多種多様で規模が大きく、業務の選択肢も多いため、育てる環境が整っており、特に20代~30代の社員が成長・活躍できる環境にあります。

変更の範囲:海外事務所または海外プロジェクトサイト
勤務時間
9:00~17:00(所定労働時間 7時間)
休憩時間 60分
フレックスタイム制(コアタイム10:00~15:00)
※平均残業時間20時間程度
在宅勤務
月9日まで可(国内勤務の場合)
休日・休暇
完全週休2日制(土日曜)
祝祭日、創立記念日(6/1)、年末年始休暇(12/29~1/3)、リフレッシュ休暇、年次有給休暇(夏季休暇含む)、慶弔休暇など

給与
【想定年収/給与レンジ】 800万~1000万円 ※経験・年齢を考慮の上、規定により決定します
モデル年収:30代 550~650万円前後/40代 700~850万円前後
【賞与】 正社員:年3回(6月、11月、12月)/契約社員:年2回(6月、12月)
【昇給】 有(年6回)

【手当】 通勤手当:有(全額支給)/残業手当:有(一般職のみ) ※その他海外出張にかかる諸手当が支給されます
