営業チームの業務サポート
営業チームのメンバーをサポートし、業務効率化や目標達成に向けた取り組みを行います。
新人の教育・研修
新入社員の営業スキル向上のため、教育・研修を実施します。
成長をサポートし、一人前の営業スタッフへと育てます。
営業目標達成のための戦略立案
チームの営業目標達成に向けて、効果的な戦略を立案し、実行に移します。
顧客管理顧客情報を管理し、フォローを行います。
お客様との良好な関係を維持し、リピートビジネスや紹介に繋げます。
営業マネージャーへの報告
営業活動の成果や課題を報告し、改善策を提案します。
また、チームの状況を把握し、円滑なコミュニケーションを図ります。
