We are seeking a talented individual to join our Power and Renewable Energy Team. This position is based off Tokyo, Japan. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days in the office.

- 石油、ガス会社、石油化学会社、大手総合商社を主なクライアントとする部署にて、法人営業としてご活躍いただきます
- 業界別ソリューションとして、エネルギー&電力プラクティスチームに所属し、当該業界に属するグローバル企業に対して全世界のリスクを包括的にまた効率的にカバーするグローバル保険プログラムを提案し、構築・運営します
- 主な顧客は、発電、エネルギー関連、再生可能エネルギー、蓄電池、石油、ガス、石油化学、大手総合商社関連事業者です。これら顧客事業・プロジェクトの分析、リスクマネジメント関連アドバイス、保険プログラム設計及び保険手配、ならびに新規ビジネス企画・獲得をご担当いただきます
- グローバル規模の事業リスク分析や保険プログラムに関わり、業界のエキスパートとしてご活躍いただくことができます。※ご入社当初はクライアントアドバイザー/案件担当として、実務を学んでいただく場合があります
We will count on you to (主な業務内容):
- 保険プログラム設計、保険付保・再保険手配及び関連業務
- 保険会社対応、Marshグループ内での海外オフィスとの調整業務並びに各種情報提供
- クライアントへのキャプティブ・国際再保険の活用、グローバルプログラムの提案活動
What you need to have (求める経験・スキル):
- 英語力(ビジネスレベル)※日常的に海外オフィスとの連携があります
- 保険業界における法人営業経験、商社クライアントに関連した業務経験(経験年数8年以上)
- 基本的なPCスキル(PPT、Excel、Word)
