ターゲットは【ゲーム業界】となりますため、ゲーム業界向け営業経験3-5年以上の方を希望しております。このポジションには流暢な英語力が必要です
ビジネス開発ディレクターの責任は、ゲーム業界の対象顧客との新しいビジネスチャンスと関係を確立し、ゲーム言語の翻訳とローカリゼーション、ゲームのテスト (LQA と FQA)、ゲーマー サービスとコミュニティ サービス、その他のゲーム関連ソリューションなどのサービスを販売することです。
【業務内容】
アクションプラン策定・推進
新規顧客の開拓(架電、メール、DM郵送など)
見込顧客リストの作成および更新
顧客との価格や納期の交渉
顧客へのワークフローや納期の提案/説明、および見積もりの提示
制作部門への指示出し、提案、および進行状況の確認
日々の顧客フォローアップ(成果物の品質やサービスに対する満足度調査など)
業界のリサーチおよびイベントの開拓
【インターナショナルな営業チーム】
東京の営業チームは20~40代、インターナショナルなバックグラウンドを持った社員がほとんどです。ご入社後まずは営業活動に注力していただきますが、将来的にチームのマネジメントをお願いする可能性もあります。
【若手が活躍できる環境】
海外オフィスでマネジャーとして活躍している社員の大半が20~30代です。
30代でVPとして活躍している社員もおり、年齢にとらわれず「頑張った人が適正に評価される」環境がグローバル全体で整っています。
【基本的な採用プロセス - 3~4週間】
人事面接(英語)→ オフィス面接(日本語)→ 海外マネジャー面接(英語、1-2回)およびオンライン適性試験→最終オンライン面接(英語)

年俸制:
経験に応じて、コミッション制

日本語:
ネイティブレベル、英語:ビジネスレベル(目安:TOEIC880以上)
社内コミュニケーション(ミーティング、トレーニング等)で英語を使用します。
ゲーム業界向け法人営業経験3-5年以上
大卒もしくは同等の資格
問題解決能力および分析力
社交的で人とのコミュニケーションが好きな方
タイムマネジメントやマルチタスクが得意な方
【労働時間および休日】
月~金 9:00-19:00の間で労働8時間+休憩1時間
週休2日制(土日祝日)、有給休暇(初年度15日)、誕生日休暇、慶弔休暇、育児休暇、傷病休暇
【契約形態】
1年目は契約社員(最初の6ヶ月は試用期間)、2年目より双方合意のうえ正社員に移行
※契約社員の間も、給与、社会保険、有休日数などの待遇は正社員と同等です。

***Overview: The position of Director of Business Development is responsible for developing new business opportunities and relationships with targeted clients in Gaming industries, and sell and provide Gaming Localization Solutions including Gaming language translation & Localization, gaming testing (LQA&FQA testing), Gaming player services & community services, and so on.
Description:
Develop an excellent understanding of the capability, benefits and competitive advantages of TransPerfect's solutions (including services and technology)
Research, map and identify prospective customers and individual organizations
Generate new opportunities via cold calling, campaigns, the Internet, networking and events
In coordination with Sales Management, identify, quality, develop and close sales opportunities
Develop existing and new client relationships
Identify and cultivate a partner ecosystem with technology companies, system integrators, and digital agencies
Promote and educate clients regarding TransPerfect's solutions
Provide customer support and manage client expectations in liaison with Program Management and Client Services
Take an active role in learning about specific industries, their business and technical needs, and specific requirements, to identify new business opportunities
Perform other special projects or duties when required
Required Skills:
Minimum Bachelor's degree or its equivalent
Minimum 5 years inside or outside sales experience in consultative sales (consulting, enterprise software, professional services, etc.)
Japanese native level speaker with business level English communication skills (written and verbal)
Familiarity and ability to communicate value, competitive advantages
Good analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PPT)
Willingness to travel
