【職務内容】

ホールディングスとして国内および海外事業の持続的成長を支えるため、

IT戦略の策定と情報セキュリティの強化を実現するリーダーを募集しています。

具体的には、経営戦略に基づきIT戦略を策定し、人材ビジネスを主軸としたグループ会社と連携しながら、

企業全体の競争力を向上させ、セキュリティレベルを高め、IT部門として価値を提供していきます。

【具体的には】

IT戦略の策定・推進

中長期にわたるIT戦略を計画し、全社のデジタル化のロードマップを描く重要な責任を担い、

ITガバナンスの強化、プロジェクトの進捗管理、IT予算の策定と実行を行います。

また、経営課題を分析し、デジタル技術を活用した解決策を提案することで、

企業の成長をサポートします。

情報セキュリティ施策の推進

ホールディング全体のセキュリティレベル向上に向けた企画・戦略を立案し実行、

情報セキュリティ対策を効果的に実施します。

セキュリティ教育コンテンツの作成や、現場部門へのガイドライン提供を通じて、

全社員のセキュリティ意識を高めていただきます。

【求める人材】

【必須】

・管理職・マネジメント経験(2年以上)

・IT戦略・企画経験(2年以上)

IT戦略策定、ITロードマップ作成、IT投資の評価スキル・最新IT動向リサーチ力

・情報セキュリティの企画・設計経験(2年以上)

セキュリティガイドライン・規程等の策定、セキュリティ投資評価スキル、最新セキュリティ動向リサーチ力

・経営層や事業責任者等とのコミュニケーション経験

折衝力、交渉力などの対人スキル

【規模感】

・対象ユーザー規模(影響範囲):1000人以上

・拠点数:20拠点以上

【給与】

年収700~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。

10:00~19:00
