今後、さらなるサービス品質向上とリード数の増加により、カスタマーサクセスの役割がより戦略的かつ重要になってきています。そこで、利用者様の体験価値を最大化し、スムーズなサービス運用を支えるカスタマーサクセス担当を新たに募集することになりました。

本ポジションでは、オンボーディングやサポート業務に加え、データを活用した改善提案や、プロダクト開発チームとの連携を通じて、より良いユーザー体験を共創していきたいと考えております。

【業務内容】

< 1 > サービスマネジメント業務

ご利用者様が安心してサービスをご利用いただけるように、介護環境の整備やサポート体制の構築を担っていただきます。また、フリーランスとして活躍されている介護士の方々とも日々連携し、双方にとってより良い手配・サービス提供が行えるよう伴走していただくポジションです。利用者様・介護士の双方と関係性を築きながら、サービスの調整や運営に携わるとともに、運用上の気づきをもとに改善提案を行っていくことも期待しています。

・お問い合わせいただいた方へのヒアリング・ご状況の整理

・ご希望に沿ったサービス内容やスケジュールのご提案

・システムを使った介護士のアサイン・日程調整

・初回サービス前のご説明・導入サポート

・サービス提供後のレポート確認や継続的な見守り対応

・ご家族とのコミュニケーションやフォロー

・ご希望やスキルを踏まえたお仕事のご案内・調整

・日々のやりとりやご相談への対応、信頼関係の構築

・請求に関わる事務対応

・サービスに関するご案内文などの作成

ご利用者様や介護士の方々から寄せられる声をもとに、「もっとこうだったらいいのに」という気づきをサービス改善につなげていく業務です。現場で得た知見をもとに、社内で意見を出し合いながら、業務やシステムに関する提案・フィードバックを行い、より良いサービスづくりに貢献していただきます。

・ご利用者様や介護士からの声をもとにした業務改善の提案

・サービス体験の向上につながるアイデアの発案

・社内メンバーと連携しながら、業務上の課題や改善点を共有

・必要に応じてシステム開発チームへの改善提案や相談

必須スキル

・正社員での就業経験

・PCスキル(Word/Excel)初級以上

・何らかのセールス・オペレーター・カスタマーサクセス・ヘルプデスクのご経験

  • 新規 / 既存、toB / toC、有形 / 無形は不問

・介護、医療、看護、福祉、リハビリいずれかの業界経験

歓迎スキル

・事業会社でのカスタマーサクセス業務の経験

・介護業界での管理・マネジメント業務の経験

・業務でのオンラインツール利用経験(Notion、Slack、Google Workspace、HubSpotなど)

※ 上記以外のツールでも「チームでの情報共有」や「問い合わせ管理」などに使った経験があれば歓迎です。
