業務内容

  • お任せしたいこと

介護者マッチングサービス「イチロウ」の機能改善やプロダクトのグロースを、技術面からリードいただける方を募集しています。サーバーサイド開発に加えて、Reactを用いたフロントエンドやクラウドネイティブの領域など、幅広いフィールドをご用意しており、ご経験や得意分野に応じてお力を発揮いただければと考えています。

  • 具体的な職務として、

・オーダーメイド訪問介護サービス「イチロウ」の新規機能開発・機能改善

・新規プロダクト開発業務全般

・スクラム開発におけるスクラムイベントへの参加(スプリントプランニング、スプリントレビュー、スプリントレトロスペクティブ、朝会)

などがあります。

7人程度の開発チームの一員として、個々人が計画からリリースまで、幅広い技術領域に携わっていただきます。

エンジニア同士の雑談・社内勉強会なども開催しており、様々な得意分野を持った仲間と議論したり、共に問題を解決したりといった活動が日常的に行われています。

  • ポジションへの期待値

同社での開発はサーバサイド・フロントエンド・インフラを分業する体制ではなく、サーバサイドの開発を軸にフロントエンド・インフラ(AWS)にも携わるフルスタック型の開発体制を敷いております。主となるのはサーバサイドですが、フロントエンド・インフラ(AWS)に携わることもあるとご認識いただけますと幸いです。

また、スクラム開発を採用していることからチームの改善事項、プロダクト機能へのアイディア出しなども日常的に行われております。エンジニア視点のアイデア出し・提案もチームビルディング・プロダクト作りにおいて非常に重要だと考えており、推奨・歓迎しております。

  • 創業のきっかけは、10年以上にわたって携わってきた公的介護保険制度への危機感でした。国民全員が広く利用できる制度として、とても優れた仕組みでありながら、増え続ける高齢者や多様化する介護ニーズへの適応が追いついていない実感を持ちました。更に、増え続ける社会保障費の抑制という大きな課題も抱え、制度としての存続可能性への危機感も感じていました。私たちは、このような介護が抱える大きな社会課題を解決するためにイチロウ株式会社を創業しました。
