仕事内容:

【"動く端末"を届ける。現場起点のサポート事務】

出荷前のデバイス準備や動作確認、梱包、配送手配を中心に担当します。

顧客からのメール・電話の一次対応や見積依頼への対応も実施。

現場で覚えた流れが結果に直結し、確かな事務力が身につきます。

【主な業務内容】

  • 端末の初期設定・動作確認・同梱物チェック
  • 梱包・ラベル作成・配送手配(伝票起票を含む)
  • メール/電話での問い合わせ一次対応・試験通話
  • 見積依頼への対応、簡単な資料作成
  • 在庫・備品管理、入出荷に伴う記録整備

入社後はOJTで一連の流れを段階習得します。

手順書に沿って精度を高め、できる業務から着実に担当。

適性により英語対応や新規事業の補助にも挑戦可能。

"確実に動く機器を届ける"裏方の要として活躍できます。

8:30〜17:30(実働8h/休憩1h)
