We provide various products and solutions using the latest technologies such as Large Language Models (LLM) and AI Agents.■ Key Responsibilities (担っていただきたい役割)
・Design and Development of AI Agent Framework (Core development primarily using Python)
・Construction of a Highly Extensible Architecture for inter-agent collaboration and cooperation among AI Agents
・Implementation and Operation of a Scalable Runtime Environment for multi-tenant applications
・Performance Optimization for real-time inference in cloud-native environments
・Collaboration with Research Teams:
Defining requirements and implementation to translate cutting-edge research on LLMs and AI Agents into products.
・Team Leadership:
Leading technology selection and development process improvements, and supporting the growth of other engineers.
■Required Skills and Experience (求められるスキル・経験)
Required Skills 必須スキル
・Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical skills.
・Experience in the development of AI/ML or AI Agents, with the ability to consistently handle architectural design, technology selection, and implementation.
・Practical experience in backend development (目安: 5+ years), including development using languages such as Python or Java.
・Deep understanding of CS fundamentals such as algorithms and data structures, and hands-on implementation ability.
・Experience using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
・Strong interest in the LLM / AI Agent domain and a continuous curiosity for keeping up with the latest technologies.
Preferred Skills歓迎スキル
・Development or research experience in AI/ML, chatbots, Generative AI, NLP, or agent frameworks.
・Experience with distributed systems and performance optimization in large-scale data environments.
・Knowledge of designing and implementing multi-agent systems.
・Experience in team leadership or management, or an aspiration for technical leadership.
・Practical experience in a multinational environment.
