業務詳細
- ソフトウェアの機能を分析・テストし、アジャイル環境で開発者やPMと協力してテストケースを作成・実行
- 開発チームと連携し、プロジェクト全体を通じてテストを計画・実施
- 情報やリスク、スケジュール変化に応じてテスト戦略を柔軟に見直し
- 複雑なワークフローを手動テストで検証し、問題点を明確に報告
- 中〜高難易度プロジェクトで機能・回帰・受け入れテストを担当し、不具合の記録・検証も実施
- 必要に応じてテストデータの作成・管理を行う
- 既存アプリの二次サポートおよびトラブルシューティングも担当
必須スキル
- パターン特定・問題解決・効果的な提案ができる高い分析力
- POSからバックエンドまで、UI/UXやデータ処理を含むエンドツーエンドのテスト経験
- チームと協力し、詳細なテスト計画の作成・レビューが可能
- トレーニング資料の作成やメンバー教育のスキル
- 明確なコミュニケーション力と文書作成能力
- ソフトウェア開発のベストプラクティスに関する理解と品質重視の姿勢
- ビジネスレベルの英語力/N1レベル以上の日本語力
