About the Role
- Lead full-stack development of web-based services
- Guide a small team of contractors (around 4 members)
- Build development roadmaps and improve engineering processes
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and external clients
- Occasionally participate in technical discussions for partner integrations

Qualifications
Required
- Full-stack experience in commercial web services
- Backend API/database design and frontend development skills
- Basic English communication for non-Japanese team interactions
- Willingness to engage in service planning and UX improvement
Preferred
- Experience managing small engineering teams
- Familiarity with agile development practices
- Understanding of scalable backend/infrastructure design
