Amidst the anticipated rapid expansion of their business, the company is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer who can lead research and development and product implementation in advanced technical domains.

In particular, to promote research and large-scale development in the AI agent field, there is an urgent need to strengthen their team of engineers who will be responsible for developing the core backend framework.

【Team Structure】 Approximately 65 members are part of the development organization.

Development is divided into the following groups:

・Client-Facing Solutions Development

・In-house AI SaaS Development

・Common Platform Development (Infra / Data / AI R&D)

→ In this position, you will join the development team as a Full-Stack Engineer who drives their AI products. You will be entrusted with development leadership to solve advanced technical challenges in core functionalities and create products that are chosen by customers.

【Responsibilities】

You will be responsible for developing SaaS applications utilizing Generative AI. This includes designing and building highly efficient and reusable systems, as well as developing complex web applications.

【Specifically】

Product Development Using LLM

Design and develop products that leverage large-scale language models (LLMs)

API integration projects: Facilitate projects that integrate multiple APIs and generate new APIs

Design and implementation: Design and implementation with performance and maintainability in mind

Web application development: Front-end development using TypeScript and

【 Requirements】

【Required】

3+ years of web application development experience using modern frameworks.

3+ years of web application development experience using Python.

1+ years of web application development experience using React.

Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and understanding of container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

1+ years of experience leading technology and team members in roles such as Tech Lead or Team Lead.

Japanese (Fluent): Ability to discuss without discrepancies in product development.
