In its main business, "CoDMON," the company is improving the working environment for childcare and education professionals with the concept of "providing all teachers and guardians with time and peace of mind to engage with children." Additionally, "HoiShiru," a childcare support service that allows users to find and apply for childcare facilities, is experiencing increased listings and parent usage. The company is actively pursuing further development to support this growth.
The childcare and parenting sector faces numerous challenges that need solutions. The company plans to address these by:

■Responsibilities
The company is the number one player in the childcare ICT industry. With a mission to solve the many challenges facing children's environments and to establish new industry standards, the team is actively developing new products and features.
The company is now focused on developing a new service to provide ongoing support for parents. They aim to collect information from public offices and other companies' systems to centralize data related to children. This service will go beyond facility-related communication to solve a wide range of challenges for parents, including purchasing and various administrative procedures.
As part of this new business, they are planning to develop a mobile app for parents, and they are looking for someone to take on the following role.
・Defining requirements and specifications for mobile apps.
・Developing mobile apps using React Native (Expo)
・Developing web applications related to mobile app development.
・Considering test automation and building pipelines for CI/CD.
・Operational tasks, including analyzing and responding to crash reports.
Since this is the launch phase for both a new product and a new team, they would like to discuss the specific details and team structure with you in a casual interview.
■About the Development Team
As of April 2025, the entire team has grown to around 90 people, with about 70 in engineering roles.
Each team is composed of roughly eight members from different roles, including engineers, Product Managers, and UI/UX designers, all working together in the same group.

They've started by diligently adopting every practice of Extreme Programming (XP), and they work with agile principles and values in mind every day. One such practice is pair programming, which they do daily to prevent knowledge silos, promote knowledge sharing, and streamline code reviews, ultimately boosting the entire team's skills.
・Full-Stack Involvement: The development team does not have strict divisions between frontend and backend roles. All members are responsible for the entire process, from technology selection and design to development and operation. Everyone can leverage their strengths to contribute in a full-stack capacity
・Flexible Work-Life Balance: The team uses remote work and flextime to work flexibly. They even have members who work fully remotely from places as far away as Hokkaido and Fukuoka. By using a virtual office, they can easily communicate even when working remotely.
