・業務手当は30時間分の時間外勤務手当・休日出勤手当に相当する額を支給

・手当額:82,500円~ 本給額により変動

・時間外・休日出勤の有無に関わらず支給。

・30時間を超える時間外勤務、休日出勤分は追加で支給。

※業務手当支給対象外の場合、実残業時間分を支給
