About the Role:

The successful candidate will be a key member of our Relationship Management team, responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships within our managed account base.

Clients will include investment managers, broker/dealers, IMOs and custodians, requiring a high level of professionalism and business acumen.

The ideal candidate will work closely with senior management, client service representatives, product, operations, integration, and marketing teams to ensure seamless deliverability for the client community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as Single Point of Contact (SPC) for Tier 1 clients, coordinating all activities and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Develop and broaden contacts at senior levels within our Tier 1 clients, building multiple networks of relationships within key accounts and industry participants.
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking and communication skills, clearly articulating our strategies, solutions and capabilities to clients and industry events.
  • Create and manage counter party campaigns to grow community with key clients.
  • Provide consulting services and guidance on ITP matters and Regulatory impacts affecting clients and their customers.
  • Mitigate risk by following established procedures and monitoring controls, demonstrating strong ethical behavior.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of related experience in sales or relationship management.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Japanese language proficiency (Native) and English fluency (Business).
  • Derivatives experience or understanding of derivatives reporting.
  • Consistency in sales career (3-5 years per firm).
  • Articulation, engagement, and presentation skills.

Salary: Estimated $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
