Tokyo Third Bridge Full time

As part of the global Talent Acquisition team, this key strategic role within Third Bridge will identify and recruit top talent into multiple disciplines. You will work with local leaders to design sourcing initiatives and ensure robust selection processes.

You will drive pipeline generation for the Japan office, focusing on candidate experience and promoting the employer brand. Responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, managing the recruitment life cycle, sourcing candidates, and developing localized talent branding initiatives.

You will develop consultative relationships with Hiring Managers, maintain a sustainable pipeline for early career hires, and support global talent acquisition projects and employer brand activities.

Qualifications include 4+ years of experience in full-lifecycle recruiting, native Japanese and business-level English, and experience developing relationships with agency partners.

We seek someone proactive, self-managing, and able to deliver exceptional candidate experiences. You will take pride in sourcing, selecting, and assessing top talent, and have excellent communication and presentation skills.
