Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Tokyo - near Nagatacho station. Responsibilities include assisting clients with inquiries, resolving customer issues, maintaining customer satisfaction, ensuring excellent service delivery, and offering support throughout the moving process. The role requires proactive communication with clients, coordination with internal teams and subcontractors, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. The handling of client services includes booking air and sea freight with our forwarding partners.
Qualifications
- Customer service and support skills, including the ability to assist clients and handle inquiries effectively
- Proficiency in maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring positive customer experiences
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear and effective client interaction
- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities
- A professional and friendly attitude when handling client concerns or challenges
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for customer service and documentation
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in customer service is advantageous
