Essential Duties And Responsibilities
受注~納品までのトータルコーディネート
研究用・医療機器用試薬・体外診断薬の試薬・消耗品等。研究・実験に欠かせない培地や抗体、分析小型機器、ボトル、フラスコ、ピペットなど約24万アイテムを取り扱う。
- ERP:E1/SAPを使用した受注処理、在庫確認・価格・製品情報照会、出荷処理と各種書類の作成の実施、営業サポート等を行い、サプライチェーン各部門との連携の起点となり、LSG(Life Science Group)ビジネスにおいて受注から納品までを責任をもって対応する。
- 取引先代理店・顧客・社内営業からの電話・メール・FAXによる各種問い合わせの対応
- 担当する受注案件/営業フォロー案件へのオーナーシップを持ち、リスクの最小化をはかりながら、予定した納期通りにデリバリーができるよう、社内外のコミュニケーションとコーディネーションを行う。
- 受注残や納品遅延のリスクに対しては、各部門と協力しプロアクティブにリスクの最小化アクションを実施するとともに、質の高い納期連絡のコミュニケーションを事前に、かつ積極的に行う。
- 問題が検知された場合には、タイムリーなエスカレーションを行い、迅速に問題解決のアクションをとる。また、エラーが発生した場合、原因究明と再発防止策の策定と実施を行う。
- 生産性の向上やミスの削減をはかる為、ばらつきのあるプロセス・箇所を特定し、可視化・標準化する。
- 課題意識をもって改善に取り組む。プロセスの改善や、ルール整備など、より効率的に正確に業務が実施できるよう改善を推進する。
【補足情報】
1日の受注ラインは平均2000ライン前後ですが、90%はデジタルオーダー、マンパワーで行う部分は10%程度です。10%の中には、取引先からの細かなオーダーリクエストに対応が必要なケースがあります。1日の受電件数は平均200-300件前後、架電件数は平均30-40件前後、社内外のメール問い合わせ件数は平均200件前後です。
必須条件>
- カスタマーサービス(業界を問わずお客様サポートやお問い合わせ対応、システムを使用した受注や出荷処理業務等)のご経験3年以上推奨
- 業務改善やプロジェクトに関わったご経験、または課題意識をもち問題解決にとりくむ姿勢
- MicrosoftのExcel/Wordの基本的な操作(例:お客様対応をしながらExcelデータベースの情報検索や、Wordで業務マニュアルの更新ができる)
- お客様対応ができる日本語コミュニケーション能力
- 学ぶ機会に対しての積極的で前向きな姿勢
- 他部門と協力して業務をすすめる事ができるチームプレーヤーのマインドセット
- 大卒あるいは短大卒(専門学校含む)の学歴
あると好ましい経験>
- コールセンターオペレーターの経験
- ERPシステム(SAP/オラクルE1)の使用経験
- SOP・業務マニュアルの作成経験
- 経理・財務に関する一般的な知識
- 後進社員や派遣社員に業務マニュアルを使用しトレーニングをおこなった経験
<ポジションの魅力>
チーム体制と働き方:
当チームは、マネージャー1名、サブリーダー1名、正社員5名、派遣社員5名、外部委託4名の計16名で構成されています。業務は「受注対応」と「電話対応」の2チームに分かれており、正社員は3か月ごとにマイクロジョブローテーションを実施。幅広い業務を経験しながら、誰かが休んでもチーム全体で業務をカバーできる体制を整えています。
勤務時間は「8:30〜17:00」「9:00〜17:30」の2パターンを業務内容に応じて採用。月平均残業時間は約5時間と、働きやすさにも配慮された環境です。

カスタマーサービス部では、スタッフからスタートし、チームリーダーやマネージャーなどへのキャリアアップが可能です。当部は100名以上のメンバーで構成されるサプライチェーン本部に属しており、業務経験や知識を活かして、以下のような他チームへのジョブローテーションも可能です:
- 海外発注部門(プロキュアメント)
- 在庫管理部門(プランニング)
- 情報管理部門(データマネジメント)
