仕事内容


HRコンサルタント(事業責任者候補)【役員直下/急成長新卒領域HRベンチャー】

【仕事内容】

同社が構想する新たなHRプラットフォーム事業にて、マネージャー候補としてご活躍いただきます。

入社直後はプレイヤーとして営業・コンサルティング業務を担当し、スキルや適性に応じて速やかにマネジメント業務をお任せします。

その後は事業のPL責任を負い、新規事業や他部署の立ち上げもリードしていただくポジションです。

  • 具体的な業務内容

〈入社直後の主な業務(HRコンサルタントとして)〉

・リード獲得から新規商談、深耕営業までの一連業務

・採用課題のヒアリングおよび定量・定性分析

・採用戦略設計と複合的ソリューションの提案

・採用状況の定期確認と運用改善

・求職者のキャリア設計サポート

・ニーズに応じた求人紹介

〈3ヶ月程度でお任せする業務(マネージャーとして)〉

・メンバーマネジメント

〈半年~1年程度でお任せする業務(事業責任者候補として)〉

・既存事業のPL設計と予実管理

・既存事業のグロース戦略立案・推進(代表直下)

・新規事業の立ち上げ

・他部署(インサイドセールス/カスタマーサクセス)の立ち上げ

・代表との定例ミーティングを通じた事業・組織戦略の策定と課題解決プロジェクト推進

・1年以内に既存事業の責任者を権限移譲する予定のため、早期から事業責任者を目指すことができます。

・既存事業で蓄積したキャッシュを元に、新規事業にも投資しているため、営業スキルを高めつつ、事業創り・組織創りの01100に挑戦できる環境です。
