・Webサイト運用またはWebディレクションの実務経験

・HTML/CSS/JavaScript/CMSの知識・経験(CMS種別不問)

・マルチタスク管理能力

・根拠に基づくPDCAスキル

・複数・中規模以上のWeb運用における同時進行経験

・ホテル関連業界でのWeb業務経験

・SEO/MEO/アクセス解析の実務経験

・GA4/Looker Studio/ヒートマップツールの利用経験

・外部制作会社のディレクション経験
