仕事内容
- 業務内容
当社が提供するタブレット型通信教育教材のWebプロモーションにおける、外部制作会社との連絡
調整(メール対応など)を中心とした事務・進行管理業務を担当していただきます。
本ポジションの役割は、外部連携の窓口担当として、プロモーション制作が円滑に進行するための事務的支援を行うことです。
1.外部制作会社との事務的な連絡・調整(メイン業務)
Webサイトや広告バナーなどの制作における、外部制作会社とのメールでのやり取り、資料送付、スケジュール
調整など、制作進行に関わる事務的な窓口業務。
2.進行管理
制作スケジュールを管理し、期日通りに作業が進行するよう促す業務。
3.キャラクター版権元への申請・窓口業務(キャラクターIPタイアップの時期に発生)
外部制作会社が作成したCRを版権元(権利元)に提出し、確認を依頼する窓口業務・事務手続き。
版権元から戻った修正指示を制作会社に伝達する連絡業務。
監修が完了したCRを、版権元の定めるシステムに登録するなどの事務的な作業。
4.その他付随する事務作業:
データ整理、資料作成サポートなど。
