仕事内容
当社が提供するタブレット型通信教育教材のWebプロモーションにおける、外部制作会社との連絡
調整(メール対応など)を中心とした事務・進行管理業務、および簡単なWebデザイン業務を担当していただき
ます。
本ポジションは、外部連携の窓口担当としてプロモーション制作が円滑に進行するための事務的支援を行うとと
もに、自社Webサイトの運用をサポートするクリエイティブ業務にも携わっていただきます。
1.外部制作会社との事務的な連絡・調整(メイン業務)
Webサイトや広告バナーなどの制作における、外部制作会社とのメールでのやり取り、資料送付、スケジュール
調整など、制作進行に関わる事務的な窓口業務。
2.進行管理
制作スケジュールを管理し、期日通りに作業が進行するよう促す業務。
3.Webサイトにおける簡単な画像作成・修正などのデザイン業務
Webサイトやランディングページで使用する簡単な画像の作成・加?、修正、トリミングなどを中心とした軽微
なデザイン業務。(Webデザイナーとしての実務経験は問いません。デザイン業務にチャレンジしたい方を歓迎
します。)
4.その他付随する事務作業:
データ整理、資料作成サポートなど。
