Job Description
デジタルマーケティンググループにて、医療従事者や患者様向けのデジタルソリューションの開発・導入および利用ユースケースの提案を通してビジネスに貢献頂けるメンバーを募集します。具体的な業務は下記です。
- Marketing Automationツールを使ったオムニチャネルキャンペーンや運用自動化案の提案・開発(スクリプトやSQL等のコーディングやDB設計含む)・保守
- グローバル標準のデジタルソリューション(Marketing Automationツール、Webパーソナライゼーションツール、CDP、キャンペーンマネジメントツールなど)導入時のプロジェクトマネジメント・要件定義・UAT・SOP作成・ユーザートレーニングなど
- 医療従事者向けWebサイトの構築・新機能導入・障害時対応
- 会員データ管理
- ベンダーマネージメント
テクニカルスキル
必須
- デジタルマーケティングソリューション(Web、MAツール、CRM等)の導入・開発・運用の実務経験3年以上
- HTML、CSS、JavaScript、AMP Script等のプログラミング実務経験
(コーディング業務があります)
- 要件定義、設計、テスト、ユーザートレーニングの実務経験3年以上
- データ分析スキル
- システム障害対応経験
ビジネススキル
- 国内並びに海外で勤務する様々な役割のメンバー(マーケティング担当者や、IT担当者、データサイエンティスト/アナリスト、営業推進担当など)で構成されるクロスファンクショナルチームをリードすることができること
- ステークホルダーの意図を正しく理解し、ステークホルダーの目線に立って自分の伝え方を調整できるコミュニケーションスキル
- 上述の業務を遂行するための日本語及び英語語学力(含:営業サイドへのコミュニケーションや日本語での資料の作成やレビュー、グローバル会議のリード等)
- プロジェクトマネージメントスキル

- Salesforce Marketing cloud、WordPressの開発・運用経験
- デジタルマーケティング(施策の企画・実行・効果検証)の実経験
- 製薬業界での勤務経験
- デジタルマーケティングにおけるAI/ML活用経験
