About the Role
As a Software Engineer, you will work on the core components of the company's data platform and AI solutions, helping clients solve complex data challenges.
You will design and build systems that enable large-scale data processing, integration, and analysis while ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance.
*Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend and frontend systems for enterprise data platforms
- Design and implement APIs and data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and storage
- Support product customization and integration with partner/client systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance UI/UX and platform usability
- Improve infrastructure, development toolchains, and deployment pipelines

Annual salary: JPY 5,000,000 – 10,000,000
Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of software development experience in one or more of: Java, Kotlin, Python, TypeScript
- Experience in one or more areas:
- API or Web application development and operations
- Frontend development using HTML/CSS/JavaScript (1+ year)
- Long-term system operation (1+ year)
- Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals
Preferred:
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Experience with user authentication via IDaaS (e.g., Auth0, Cognito, etc.)
- Knowledge of scalability, high-load system design, and performance tuning
- Containerization and orchestration experience (Docker, Kubernetes)

Holidays and Leave
