職務内容
- 医療データを対象とした予測モデルや機械学習アルゴリズムの設計・開発・導入
- 顧客データのデータマート構築、データパイプラインの設計・運用
- Python、R、Tableau、Power BIなどを用いた分析結果の可視化
- 臨床・業務意思決定を支援するアルゴリズムの開発・検証
- 社内外のステークホルダーとの協働による課題抽出と分析戦略立案
- モデルやワークフローの継続的改善(スケーラビリティ・精度向上)
理想の人材
- Python、Rなどを用いたデータ分析・機械学習モデル開発の実務経験
- 統計解析やアルゴリズム開発に関する高度な知識
- クラウド環境(AWS、Azure)やETLプロセスを含むデータ基盤構築経験
- Power BIなどを用いたデータ可視化スキル
- クロスファンクショナルなプロジェクト推進経験
- AI、生成AI、自然言語処理など先端技術への理解
- 日本語・英語のビジネスレベルスキル
- 修士号以上(データサイエンス、情報科学、統計学など)
