■業務内容
ビジネスが複雑化する中、社内のデータ基盤の再構築~分析体制の強化やAIなどの先端技術のビジネスとのコラボレーションをしたいというニーズに対してコンサルティングサービスを提供しています。
顧客から実装部分のみを任されるのではなく、ITにのみに閉じないコンサル部隊とも協業し、ビジネスを推進するためにどのような技術を検討すれば良いか、そのためにどのような体制でこのプロジェクトに臨むべきかなど、経営視点でクライアントとやり取りをしていただきます。
また、ハイレベルな戦略策定だけではなく、ソリューション導入、マネージドサービス、ホスティングだけでなく、受け入れるクライアント側からのニーズがあればトレーニングを提供する等、幅広い領域でクライアント課題の顕在化から掘り下げていくアプローチを採用し、課題を明確にしてからソリューションの採択を実施していただきます。
