Position Summary
日本市場における機器の下記に示す保守業務の遂行、及び法律に定める医療機器としての法的業務の遂行を行う
1) 医療機器修理業としての機器の修理、及び保守点検の実施、またその売上の確保
2) 顧客からの苦情内容や製品上の潜在的な問題を、製造元への速なフィードバックを行い、製品品質の改善ならびに、顧客に安全に使用できる情報を収集する
3) 修理対応期間中のダウンタイムの減少させ、顧客満足度の向上を目指す
4) 提携サービスベンダーまたは外部業者(サービス協力会社、システム関連サポート、その他外部周辺機器)に対して、適切な指示を行い情報対応を行う
Essential Job Functions
・機器の保守業務をマニュアルに沿って、単独で行う。作業上マニュアルに不備な点、疑問点及び不足していると思われる手順については、製造元(TSSI)と打ち合わせること
により、業務を速やかに遂行する。
・担当顧客の保守作業(保守点検・修理業務等)を、年間を通じ、適切に管理する、また遂行にあっては、情報収集も含め、必要に応じ担当セールスとコミュニケーションをとる
・顧客からの苦情に関し、迅速かつ適切に対応する、またそれらに関し遅滞無く、上司に報告する
・機械のトラブル解決に向けて、製造元に対し、積極的にコミュニケーションを取る
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required
・TSSI(LND)の定める機器保守作業に関する資格を有すること。
・機器に使用されている電子部品(抵抗、コンデンサー、トランジスター等)、及び機械部品の取扱い注意事項、その役割や構造を理解していること
・電気回路におけるアナログ回路及びデジタル回路の原理や法則を理解していること(オームの法則など、義務教育課程及び高校の物理課程における内容程度)
・普通自動車免許証以上の資格があること
・TOEIC 500点以上の能力を有すること(Email のほか電話会議にて海外とのコレポンが可能なレベル、英文サービスマニュアル等が理解できること)
・提携会社との連携がとれること。(技術指示、業務周り、その他周辺機器等の調達など)
・MS Word及びExcelにおける中級以上の知識を有すること。(ビジネスレーターの作成、及びグラフを含む数表の作成が単独で可能なこと)
・パワーポイントにプレゼンテーション資料の作成が可能なこと
・自社製品の基本的な機能について、顧客に説明できること
・当社製品区分の修理業責任技術者(基礎・専門)の資格を有すること。
・ISO13485内部監査の資格もしくはそれに準ずる知識を有すること。
Education
・理工系大学、又は電気或いは機械工学に関する専門学校の卒業、及びこれに順ずる資格又は能力を有すること。
Experience
・医療機器の保守業務に関する5年以上の経験、又はこれに同等と思われる5年以上の業務経験を有すること。
